A training plan of more than 14 hours/year/employee
Société des 3 Vallées offers training programs for its employees to help them develop their skills and improve their employability. An average of 14 hours of training per employee is offered each year during the spring back-to-school week.

Work safety at the forefront
The main areas of awareness of safety at work guide employee training, on the assessment of risks upstream, according to the professions and the different workstations with 3 priorities: Risk assessment, training, human factors. The Safety Steering Committee (COPIL) drives the approach and the deployment of the different tools: risk assessment, pre-job briefing, safety visits, training, Winter / Summer prevention days, specific manager days, and safety instructions.

TRANSPORTATION of Personnel
All of the company's staff benefit from collective transport from their place of residence. In high season, this represents almost 700 employees transported to their place of work from Cevins, Le Planay, Champagny, Bozel, Le Petit Carrey, Le Praz, Moutiers, Salins, Brides-Les-Bains, Feissons-sur-Salins, La Thuile, Montagny, Saint-Bon, i.e. a service up to 40 km from their work destination. An ecological asset and an exceptional service to employees.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
The staff, whether permanent or seasonal, of the S3V are mainly from the region and live there throughout the year. For those who come from further afield, the S3V provides accommodation on the sites, particularly for the seasonal staff of the group's catering subsidiary, a sector where employer accommodation is common practice. Around 50 accommodations are thus made available each year.
OUR local partners
In 2024, the Société des Trois Vallées continues to actively support local initiatives and sporting events. The company is involved in the maintenance and preparation of competition stadiums for training, provides sponsorship to young local athletes and participates in competitions with technical, human and financial resources. Beyond winter sports, the Société des Trois Vallées also supports other sporting disciplines, particularly during the summer season.
