Agence Saulire, a subsidiary of S3V, is proud to unveil BARMA Résidence & SPA, its new high-end real estate program, located in one of the "best-kept secrets of the 3 Valleys". This innovative project marks a turning point for the intimate resort of Courchevel La Tania, allowing an upgrade while preserving its family and friendly image.
The result of a long-standing collaboration between four major players – GIBOIRE, SOTARBAT, SAS SAVOIE and S3V – BARMA Résidence et SPA, this real estate complex includes a 4-star hotel with 75 rooms as well as two hotel residence buildings offering 42 apartments, ranging from T2 to T7.
